So I said to my human little helpers,” listen you two legged freaks, I want a cake made with fresh, not dried fruit AND I want a crunchy topping.

These two beauties taste as good as they look. I must admit that I am a little concerned that my human little helpers are going a bit poncey on me!

HEAVEN! Bite through the luscious frosting, past the ultra moist sponge, then release and wallow in the oozy gooey filling. Here we have strawberry, chocolate and caramel.

There is nothing “ordinary” about my standard Kina’s kupcakes. These three examples are from my range. Here we have strawberry and cream, chocolate and my brilliant white almond.

Time to release your inner pup, sorry child. With my fairy cakes you can choose to have a sweetie treat on top of the icing or flavoured buttercream underneath.

 

My own strawberry jam then a layer of fresh strawberries. Each portion is topped with a slice of strawberry dipped in white and milk chocolate. Enough cream to ski down bursting through the top.
